A consummate professional and a true music lover, Monica is synonymous with Latin music. Throughout an impressive career that has spanned more than 20 years, she has amassed an enviable list of contacts, spearheaded press campaigns for artists of the caliber of Juanes, Enrique Iglesias, Paulina Rubio and Becky G, and held key positions at top-tier companies like Sony and Universal Music Latino.

After years spent at major record labels, Monica co-founded her own firm, The 3 Collective, now considered one of the top PR companies in the United States dedicated to the Latin market. The firm’s diverse client roster boasts such names as Juanes, Marco Antonio Solís, Paulina Rubio, Elena Rose, Jesse & Joy, Rancho Humilde, Beto Cuevas, Roberto Tapia, La Santa Cecilia, Domino Saints among others. Monica holds a B.A. in communications from the Universidad de la Sabana in her native Bogotá, Colombia.

As a founding partner of The 3 Collective, Dario’s unrivaled business acumen coupled with his boundless creative spirit have helped mold the firm into the incredible force it is today.
Armed with a B.A. in journalism from the Universidad Latina in Costa Rica, the industry veteran began his career at the renowned agency D Baron Media in the middle of the Latin pop explosion and quickly earned his publicist title, rising rapidly through the ranks to handle media responsibilities on high-profile national tours for A-list Latin artists including Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Alejandro Sanz, and Jaguares.
In 2008, Dario joined forces with fellow PR expert Monica Escobar to form The 3 Collective, operating with unmatched passion and integrity to develop the company into one of the top Hispanic music PR agencies in the United States. Offering more than 30 years of experience and a broad knowledge of the genres that shape the Latin music market, Dario and his accomplished team are fiercely committed to delivering results and work fervently on a daily basis to ensure that clients are maximally positioned to achieve their goals.
To date, Dario has spearheaded countless successful PR campaigns, and nearly 15 years after its birth, The 3 Collective continues to maintain its status as one of the most respected PR agencies in Latin music, representing a wide spectrum of talented artists from the hottest rising stars to iconic legends including previous clients Becky G, Gloria Trevi, and Marco Antonio Solís, and current clients such as Juanes, Enrique Iglesias, Jesse & Joy, Elena Rose, Isabela Merced, Rancho Humilde, and Live Nation, among others.

Our History

In the 2008 recession, three entrepreneurially minded friends with a true passion for music founded a boutique public relations firm looking to service the highly coveted yet rarely understood bilingual Latin market. Armed with their more than 25 years of combined professional experience in the Latin music industry, founding partners Monica Escobar, Dario Molina and Julio Trejo set up shop in downtown Los Angeles. Their goal from the beginning was to go beyond servicing established acts. The real challenge lay in breaking new acts into the mainstream and creating unique and highly effective national campaigns for diverse clients. (IN THE HISPANIC MARKET)

Currently, the firm has expanded well beyond music, welcoming brands and corporate clients in the advertising, publishing, insurance and CPG sectors looking to effectively reach the Latino consumer through innovative, multi-media campaigns in both Spanish and English.
